1.适用范围:
1.1中国联合航空有限公司以下简称中联航或KN。
1.2本总则适用于散客/团体乘坐中联航实际运营的国际/地区航班(包括“国际/地区+国内”联运航班),或中联航与其它承运人合作的挂*KN航班号的代码共享航班(以下简称代码共享航班),以及上述航班与其它承运人联运,以单程/来回程/缺口程/环程等方式的国际行程,使用通过ATPCO等发布的运价和税费销售的中联航票证(822)国际客票。
1.3本使用规则适用于2022年12月02日零时(含)以后填开的客票。
2.票证使用规定:
2.1乘坐中联航的国际/地区航班(包括代码共享航班),中联航的国际/地区航班(包括代码共享航班)与其它承运人联运(不涉及SPA运价),可使用822票证填开客票。
2.2客票须按序使用,不可跳段使用。对于恶意弃乘,中联航有权拒绝承运,并保留要求旅客或相关销售单位补足已使用航段物理舱位最高运价和税费差额的权利。
3.适用期限:
除客票另有规定外,客票有效期自旅行之日起,一年内运输有效;如果客票全部未使用,则从客票填开之日起一年内运输有效。
4.适用单位:中联航直属售票单位和授权代理人。
5.舱位布局:
W/O为超级经济舱;
Y/B/M/E/H/K/L/N/R/S/V/D/T/I/Z/U/P/G/Q/A/X为经济舱。
6.订座:散客客票按适用运价规定办理;团体客票必须订妥全部航段座位。
7.出票时限:以订座系统中PNR显示的出票时限为准。
8.税费:所有公布的运价均不含税和各类附加费。
9儿童/婴儿客票和适用运价:
9.1有成人陪伴儿童和婴儿客票的订座,必须与同行成人的订座在同一物理舱位。
9.2儿童/婴儿客票运价折扣,以适用的公布运价规定为准。
9.2.1有成人陪伴儿童客票运价和税费:
根据订座,以QTE:CH/KN,或XS FSI:CH/KN或其它指令,计算有成人陪伴儿童的适用运价和税费,以系统显示的适用运价的CH折扣率为准。
9.2.2无成人陪伴儿童客票运价和税费:
根据订座,以QTE:UNN/KN,或XS FSI:UNN/KN或其它指令,计算无成人陪伴儿童客票运价和税费,以系统显示的适用运价为准。
9.2.3如旅客自愿放弃上述儿童客票运价折扣,而购买其他舱位及票价客票的,须按照对应舱位及成人票价使用条件执行。
9.2.4不占座婴儿客票运价和税费:
根据同行成人订座,以QTE:INF/KN、或XS FSI:INF/KN或其它指令,计算不占座婴儿客票运价和税费;或按不低于同行成人订座舱位的其它子舱位,计算不占座婴儿客票适用运价和税费;上述两者计算方式均适用,均以系统显示的适用运价的IN折扣率为准。
9.2.5儿童退改签规则依客票产品规则办理,婴儿退改签不收手续费。
10.团体客票和运价折扣:
详见《中联航国际团队旅客管理规定》。
11.运价组合:
11.1以各公布运价的组合规则为准。
11.2缺口程订座的运价以系统自动计算为准。人工计算运价时,符合IATA缺口程运价计算规则的,可按1/2RT运价组合成缺口程运价,并以各自运价计算组分别出票。
12.中途分程:按各公布运价规则为准。
13.自愿变更:
13.1客票自愿变更包括改期(含更改航班),更改舱位等级,更改运价最长有效期/最短停留期,更改路线等。
13.2必须首先使用中航信自动退改签(TRR)办理客票的自愿变更,以TRR显示结果为准。
13.3不能使用中航信自动退改签(TRR)办理自愿变更的客票,按客票签注栏内的规定办理客票的自愿变更;若客票签注栏因差错未填写,或填写错误(自动出票除外),由出票单位承担相应责任及由此产生的一切费用。
13.4按次计收变更费用。若每次变更中同时产生运价差额、税费差额和改期费等不同的变更费用,需一并计收。
13.5客票自愿变更后,运价差额少补多不退;税费差额,多退少补。
13.6改期费以公布的运价规则或系统公布的运价规则为准。
13.7以换开客票方式变更客票,新客票签注栏按新客票适用的运价规定填开。
13.8自愿变更客票,运价重新计算,按照以下规定办理:
13.8.1全部未使用的客票变更,以客票换开日计算新客票有效期,以换开后第一段航程始发日和新客票换开日期重新计算适用运价和运价有效期;或自愿退票后另购新票。
13.8.2已部分使用的客票变更,以原客票第一段航程始发日计算客票有效期,以原客票第一段航程始发日和原客票填开日期重新计算适用运价和运价有效期;或自愿退票后另购新票。
13.9自愿变更舱位:
13.9.1自愿升舱,按照运价差额收取,少补多不退。
13.9.2自愿降舱,按自愿退票处理,收取退票手续费,另购新票。
13.9.3自愿变更舱位收费标准见以下表格:

13.10自愿更改运价最长有效期/最短停留期,:
客票使用最长有效期不足一年的运价,其运价允许延期时,运价有效期最长可延至一年(客票另有规定除外)。
13.11若改期导致原客票行程中的中转点变为中途分程点,需重新计算全程运价,以换开客票方式变更客票。
13.12自愿变更旅行路线:
不允许自愿变更旅行路线。
13.13自愿变更团体人数:

13.14自愿签转:
不允许自愿签转。
13.15中转航班
中联航中转航班衔接最短时间为180(含)分钟,销售单位或旅客自愿购买180(含)分钟内衔接中转航班的,发生误机后,旅客要求变更的,按自愿变更办理。
13.16非自愿变更后的自愿变更:航班不正常情况下,旅客提出非自愿变更并确认航班,或中联航已经将旅客保护至其他航班(包括其他公司承运的航班)并得到旅客或购票人确认,旅客又提出变更的,按13.8款自愿变更办理;改期费的计算,以最后一次非自愿变更后的航班时间和提出自愿变更的时间为准。
14.非自愿变更
14.1客票非自愿变更的认定,以“中联航国际运输总条件”的规定为准。
14.2中联航应优先安排旅客乘坐本公司后续航班或按非自愿退票的规定办理。
14.3因中联航的原因,旅客的舱位等级变更时,票款差额多退少不补。
14.3.1按照降舱航段所在运价计算组的实付运价减去降舱后该舱位对应最高物理舱位(Y)适用运价,核算降舱差价退还旅客,同时该运价计算组中的其他航段仍按原定舱位旅行。
14.3.2使用单程运价的客票,按照单程运价计算原航段的运价;使用来回程运价的客票,按照1/2RT运价计算原航段的运价。
14.4全航程必须为中联航实际承运的航班,且衔接时间为180(含)分钟以上的,由于前站航班取消或出港延误15分钟以上等,导致无法乘坐后续航班,旅客要求变更的,后续航班按照非自愿变更办理。
14.5如旅客要求变更承运人,在客票适用条件允许的情况下,经中联航同意后,可为旅客办理签转手续,但签转仅限于与中联航有结算协议的航空运输企业的航班,按照不正常航班签转协议办理。
15.自愿退票:
15.1按客票签注栏内的规定办理客票的自愿退票;若客票签注栏因差错未填写,或填写错误(自动出票除外),由出票单位承担相应责任及由此产生的一切费用。若客票签注栏标示“PENALTYAPPLY”(或“PENAPPL”等),退票办理单位需查询客票适用的运价退票规定。
15.2退票费以公布的运价规则或系统公布的运价规则为准。
15.3自愿退票,按照以下规定办理:
15.3.1客票全部未使用,依据公布的运价规则或系统公布的运价规则,按客票实付运价和税费总额,扣除相对应退票费,退余额。
15.3.2.按顺序已使用部分客票,按客票实付运价和税费总额,依据公布的运价规则或系统公布的运价规则,扣除已使用航段相应舱位单程公布运价和税费,再扣除未使用航段退票费,退余额;若已使用航段相应舱位无适用单程运价,按高于该航段子舱位的最低单程运价计算。
15.3.3未按序使用客票,客票不退,税费不退。
15.3.4运价组合使用时,未使用航段的退票费取所有未使用航段所在运价计算组退票费之和。
15.3.5运价组合中未使用部分含有“不得退票”航段,余额需再扣除原客票未使用部分“不得退票航段”的实付运价。
15.3.6按上述规定计算出的退款余额为负值时,或小于未使用航段的税时,仅退客票未使用航段的税。
15.4团体客票的退票:

15.5中联航中转联程航班衔接最短时间为180分钟(含),销售单位或旅客自愿购买180分钟(含)内衔接中转航班的,发生误机后,旅客要求退票的,按自愿退票办理。
15.6非自愿变更后的自愿退票:航班不正常情况下,旅客提出非自愿变更并确认航班,或中联航已经将旅客保护至其他航班(包括其他公司承运的航班)并得到旅客或购票人确认,旅客又提出退票的,按自愿退票办理,以最后一次非自愿变更后的航班时间和提出自愿退票的时间为准,计算退票手续费。
15.7自愿变更后的自愿退票:
15.7.1原客票允许退票时,换开后的新客票按照15.3.1和15.3.2办理,以提出自愿退票的时间和最后一次自愿变更后的航班计飞时间计算退票手续费,改期费(包括多次改期费)不予退还。
15.7.2原客票不允许退票时,换开后的新客票按照15.3.1和15.3.2办理,余额需再扣除原客票未使用部分“不得退票航段”的实付运价,改期费(包括多次改期费)不予退还。
15.7.3以原客票计飞时间和第一次提出自愿变更的时间判断原客票是否允许退票。
16.非自愿退票:
16.1客票非自愿退票的认定,以“中联航国际运输总条件”的规定为准。
16.2非自愿退票,按以下规定办理:
16.2.1客票全部未使用:全额退款(客票实付运价和税费总额),免收退票费。
16.2.2客票部分使用:客票实付运价减去已使用航段适用运价的差额,与未使用航段的适用运价相比较,取较高者作为运价退款值;若运价退款值大于客票实付运价,按客票实付运价做为运价退款值,加上未使用航段的税和附加费,一并退还旅客,免收退票费。
16.2.3使用单程运价的客票,按照单程运价分别计算已使用航段和未使用航段的适用运价;使用来回程运价的客票,按照1/2RT运价分别计算已使用航段和未使用航段的适用运价。
16.3全航程必须为中联航实际承运的航班,且衔接时间为180(含)分钟以上的,由于前站航班取消或延误15分钟以上等,导致无法乘坐后续航班,旅客提出退票的,按照非自愿退票办理。
16.4自愿变更后的非自愿退票:
办理过自愿变更(包括多次变更)的客票,仅退还最后一次的变更费(包括运价差额、税费差额和改期费)。
17.国际通程票价计算:
使用国际通程票价的客票(即非分段相加票价),若未明确票价计算方法,应使用里程分摊的方法计算各航段的票价金额,以XS FSM(单位:英里)指令反馈为准。
以航程A-C为例,B为中转点,计算B-C段运价:

China United Airlines Rules for the Use of (International) Fares
(Second Edition)
1. Scope of Application:
1.1 China United Airlines Co., Ltd. is hereinafter referred to as CUA or KN.
1.2 These general provisions apply to individual/group passengers who take CUA operated international/ regional flights (including “international/ regional + domestic” connecting flights), or codeshare flights that CUA operates in collaboration with other carriers with *KN-prefixed flight numbers (hereinafter referred to as “codeshare flights”) and connecting flights of the above-mentioned flights in collaboration with other carriers for one-way/ round-trip/ open-jaw/ circle-trip international journeys by CUA 822 international passenger tickets purchased at the fares, taxes and surcharges published on ATPCO, etc.
1.3 These rules of use apply to passenger tickets issued after Dec 02,2022 00:00 (included)
2. Use of Tickets:
2.1 Passengers taking CUA international/ regional flights (codeshare flights included) and connecting flights of CUA international/ regional flights (codeshare flights included) in collaboration with other carriers (where SPA fares are not involved) may use passenger tickets issued on 822-numbered tickets.
2.2 The passenger tickets shall be used in sequence, and no omission of any segment is permitted. In case of any intentional omission, CUA shall have the right to refuse carriage and reserves the right to require the passenger or the sales office to make up the difference to the maximum fares, taxes and surcharges of the physical cabin on the used segments.
3. Tickets Validity Period:
Unless otherwise specified, a ticket shall be valid for a one year from the starting date of the first trip. or from the ticket issuance date if the ticket has not been used.
4. Applicable Parties: CUA sales offices and authorized agents.
5. Cabin Layout:
W/O refers to premium economy class;
Y/B/M/E/H/K/L/N/R/S/V/D/T/I/Z/U/P/G/Q/A/X are economy classes;
6. Reservation: For individual passengers, the relevant fare rules shall apply; for group passengers, all seats for all segments must be reserved.
7. Issuance deadline: The PNR-displayed issuance deadline in the reservation system shall apply.
8. Taxes and surcharges: The published fares do not include taxes and surcharges.
9. Child/Infant Tickets and Applicable Fares:
9.1 For children and infants with adult accompaniment, the seats must be reserved in the same physical cabin as the accompanying adult.
9.2 For child/infant fare discounts, the published fare rules shall apply.
9.2.1 Fares, taxes and surcharges for accompanied children:
In accordance with the seat reservation, the applicable fares, taxes and surcharges for accompanied children shall be calculated by QTE: CH/KN, XS FSI: CH/KN or other instructions, and the system-displayed CH discount rate for the applicable fares shall apply.
9.2.2 Fares, taxes and surcharges for unaccompanied children:
In accordance with the seat reservation, the applicable fares, taxes and surcharges for unaccompanied children shall be calculated by QTE: UNN/KN, XS FSI: UNN/KN or other instructions, and the system-displayed applicable fares shall apply.
9.2.3 Should a passenger opt to forsake the above-mentioned children fare discounts and purchase passenger tickets of any other cabins and fares, the corresponding cabin and adult fare use conditions shall apply.
9.2.4 Fares, taxes and surcharges for infants without a seat:
In accordance with the seat reservation of the accompanying adult, or the seat reservation of any other subclasses not lower than that of the accompanying adult, the fares, taxes and surcharges for infants without a seat shall be calculated by QTE: INF/KN, XS FSI: INF/KN or other instructions. Both calculation methods above are acceptable, and the system-displayed IN discount rate for the applicable fares shall apply.
9.2.5 For the refund, change and endorsement of infant tickets, the ticket product rules shall apply, and no service fees are required.
10. Group Tickets and Fare Discounts:
See China United Airlines Rules for International Group Passenger Management.
11. Fare Combination:
11.1 The published fare combination rules shall apply.
11.2 For seat reservation of open jaws, the system calculated fares shall apply. In case of manual calculation of the fares, the 1/2RT fare, if the IATA open-jaw fare calculation rules are met, can be used to form open-jaw fares and the tickets are issued respectively according to the corresponding fare components.
12. Stopovers: The published fare rules shall apply.
13. Voluntary Change:
13.1 Voluntary change of passenger tickets includes change of date (change of flight included), change of class, change of maximum fare validity/minimum stay, change of route, etc.
13.2 The China TravelSky TRR system must be used first to handle voluntary change of tickets and the TRR-displayed result shall apply.
13.3 If the voluntary change of tickets cannot be handled over China TravelSky TRR system, the provisions in the ticket endorsement shall apply; in the event the ticket endorsement was erroneously left blank or wrongfully filled (except automatic issuance), the issuer shall bear the relevant responsibilities and all the costs thus incurred.
13.4 The change fee is collected at each change. If various fees, e.g., fare difference, tax difference, surcharge difference and change fee, arise from one operation of change, such fees shall be collected at once.
13.5 After voluntary change of tickets, the fare difference shall be made up in case of shortage or not be refunded in case of surplus; and the differences in taxes and surcharges shall be made up (shortage) or refunded (surplus).
13.6 For change fees, the published or system-displayed fare rules shall apply.
13.7 In case of change of ticket by reissuance, the endorsement of the reissued ticket shall be filled according to the fare rules applicable to the new ticket.
13.8 For voluntary change of tickets, the fare shall be recalculated in the following manner:
13.8.1 Change of unused passenger tickets: The validity of the new tickets shall be calculated by the reissuance date, and the applicable fares and fare validity shall be recalculated according to the departure date of the first segment after reissuance and the reissuance date of the new tickets; or, the unused tickets can be processed as voluntary refund before repurchase.
13.8.2 Change of partially used passenger tickets: The validity of the tickets shall be calculated by the departure date of the first segment of the original tickets, and the applicable fares and fare validity shall be recalculated according to the departure date of the first segment of the original tickets and the issuance date of the original tickets; or, the partially used tickets can be processed as voluntary refund before repurchase.
13.9 Voluntary change of class:
13.9.1 Voluntary upgrade: The fare difference shall be made up (shortage) or not be refunded (surplus).
13.9.2 Voluntary downgrade: The tickets shall be processed as voluntary refund, and refund service fees shall be collected before repurchase of new tickets.
13.9.3 The standard charges for voluntary change of classes are given below:

13.10 Voluntary change of maximum fare validity/ minimum stay:
For passenger tickets with the maximum validity of fares less than one year, if allowed to extend, the fare validity can be extended at most to one year (unless otherwise specified).
13.11 If the change of date entails the change from transfers to stopovers in the itinerary of the original tickets, the fares for the entire journey shall be recalculated and the tickets shall be changed by reissuance.
13.12 Voluntary change of route:
Voluntary change of route is not permitted.
13.13 Voluntary change of number of group passengers:
Refer to China United Airlines Rules for International Group Passenger Management.
13.14 Voluntary endorsement:
Voluntary endorsement is not permitted.
13.15 Connecting flights
The minimum connection time for CUA connecting flights is 180 minutes (included). When the sales office or passenger opts to purchase tickets with a connection time of no more than 180 minutes (included), if a no-show occurs, and the passenger requests for change, the tickets shall be processed as voluntary refund.
13.16 Voluntary change after involuntary change: In case the flights are irregular, and the passenger requests for involuntary change and confirms flights, or CUA has already escorted the passenger to other flights (including flights operated by other carriers), which has been approved by the passenger or ticket purchaser, and the passenger requests for change, the tickets shall be processed as voluntary change as in 13.8; and the change fee shall be calculated by the flight time of the last involuntary change and the time of request of the voluntary change.
14. Involuntary Change
14.1 For the definition of involuntary change of passenger tickets, China United Airlines General Conditions for International Carriage shall apply.
14.2 CUA should arrange passengers in priority to take a subsequent flight of the company or process the tickets as involuntary refund.
14.3 In the event the passenger’s cabin class changes due to CUA, the purchase price difference shall be refunded (surplus) or not be made up (shortage).
14.3.1 The price difference in downgrade operation shall be calculated and refunded to the passenger after deducting from the paid part of the downgrade segment’s fare component the applicable fare of the highest physical cabin (Y) corresponding to such downgraded cabin, and meanwhile all other segments in this fare component shall remain in the original cabins.
14.3.2 For passenger tickets using single-trip fares, the fares of the original segments shall be calculated based on single-trip fares; for passenger tickets using round-trip fares, the fares of the original segments shall be calculated based on the 1/2RT fares.
14.4 All flights must be operated by CUA and the connection time shall be more than 180 minutes (included). Should a passenger fail to catch the subsequent flights due to the cancellation or delay for more than 3 hours (included) of a previous flight and such passenger request for change, the subsequent flights shall be processed as involuntary change.
14.5 If the passenger requests for change of carrier, the passenger tickets, if applicable and subject to the approval of CUA, can be endorsed, provided that such endorsement is limited to flights of an air transport enterprise that has settlement agreement with CUA, and is processed according to irregular flights endorsement agreement.
15. Voluntary Refund:
15.1 Voluntary refund of passenger tickets shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the ticket endorsement; in the event the ticket endorsement was erroneously left blank or wrongfully filled (except automatic issuance), the issuer shall bear the relevant responsibilities and all the costs thus incurred. If the ticket endorsement bears PENALTY APPLY (or PENAPPL), the refunding office shall consult the applicable fare refund regulations for the tickets.
15.2 For the refund fees, the published or system-displayed fare rules shall apply.
15.3 Voluntary refund shall be handled in the following manner:
15.3.1 For unused tickets, according to the published or system-displayed fare rules, the balance shall be calculated and refunded after deducting from the paid fares, taxes and surcharges the corresponding refund fees.
15.3.2 For passenger tickets that are partially used in sequence, according to the published or system-displayed fare rules, the balance shall be calculated and refunded after deducting from the paid fares, taxes and surcharges the published one-way fares, taxes and surcharges of the cabin corresponding to the used segments and the refund fees for the unused segments; if there’s no applicable one-way fares for the cabin corresponding to the used segments, the lowest one-way fare above such segment subclass shall be used for calculation.
15.3.3 For passenger tickets that are not used in sequence, refund is not permitted and no taxes and surcharges will be refunded.
15.3.4 When fare combinations are used, the refund fees of unused segments shall be the sum of the refund fees of all unused segments’ fare components.
15.3.5 If the unused part of the fare combination contains “nonrefundable” segments, the paid fares for the “nonrefundable segments” of the unused part of the original tickets shall be deducted from the balance.
15.3.6 When the refund balance thus calculated as above turns out to be negative or lower than the taxes on the unused segments, only the taxes on the unused segments of the tickets shall be refunded.
15.4 Refund of group tickets:
Refer to China United Airlines Rules for International Group Passenger Management.
15.5 The minimum connection time for CUA connecting flights is 180 minutes (included). When the sales office or passenger opts to purchase tickets with a connection time less than 180 minutes (included), if a no-show occurs, and the passenger requests for refund, the tickets shall be processed as voluntary refund.
15.6 Voluntary refund after involuntary change: In case the flights are irregular, and the passenger requests for involuntary change and confirms flights, or CUA has already escorted the passenger to other flights (including flights operated by other carriers), which has been approved by the passenger or ticket purchaser, and the passenger requests for refund, the tickets shall be processed as voluntary refund; and the refund service fee shall be calculated by the flight time of the last involuntary change and the time of request of the voluntary refund.
15.7 Voluntary refund after voluntary change:
15.7.1 When the original tickets are refundable, the reissued new tickets shall be processed according to 15.3.1 and 15.3.2, the refund service fee shall be calculated according to the time of request of voluntary refund and the scheduled departure time after the last voluntary change, and the change fee (multiple change fees included) will not be refunded.
15.7.2 When the original tickets are nonrefundable, the reissued new tickets shall be processed according to 15.3.1 and 15.3.2, the paid fares for the “nonrefundable segments” of the unused part of the original tickets shall be deducted from the balance, and the change fee (multiple change fees included) will not be refunded.
15.7.3 Whether the original tickets are refundable or not shall be determined by the scheduled departure time of the original tickets and the time of request of the first voluntary change.
16. Involuntary Refund:
16.1 For the definition of involuntary refund of passenger tickets, China United Airlines General Conditions for International Carriage shall apply.
16.2 Involuntary refund shall be processed in the following manner:
16.2.1 Unused passenger tickets: Full refund (paid fares, taxes and surcharges for the tickets) without refund fees.
16.2.2 Partially used passenger tickets: The fare refund shall be the difference calculated by deducting from the paid fares for the passenger tickets the applicable fares on the used segments or the applicable fares on the unused segments, whichever is higher; if the calculated fare refund is higher than the paid fares for the passenger tickets, the latter shall be used as the fare refund and refunded together with the taxes and surcharges on the unused segments to the passenger without any refund fees.
16.2.3 For passenger tickets that use single-way fares, the applicable fares for the used and unused segments shall be calculated separately by single-way fares; for passenger tickets that use round-trip fares, the applicable fares for the used and unused segments shall be calculated separately by the 1/2RT fares.
16.3 All flights must be operated by CUA and the connection time shall be over 180 minutes (included). Should a passenger fail to catch the subsequent flights due to the cancellation or delay for more than 3 hours (included) of a previous flight and such passenger request for refund, the tickets shall be processed as involuntary refund.
16.4 Involuntary refund after voluntary change:
For passenger tickets that have been changed voluntarily (multiple changes included), only the change fee for the last change is refunded (including fare difference, tax difference, surcharge difference and change fee).
17. Calculation of International Through Fares:
For passenger tickets that use international through fares (i.e., the ticket price is not added up segment by segment), if no definite pricing method is given, the price of each segment shall be calculated by their shared miles of the journey, and the feedback of XS FSM (unit: mile) instruction shall apply.
Take Journey A-C for example. B is the connecting point. Calculate B-C segment fare:
